Nasstar to Speak at Cherwell Clear Connect Conference

On 4th June, Head of Continual Service Improvement at Nasstar, Stephen Peak, will be speaking at the Cherwell Clear Connect Service Management Conference at the Park Plaza London Riverbank.

Stephen will be talking with Cherwell’s Chief Revenue Officer, Andre Cuenin, about Nasstar’s digital transformation journey; focusing on how and why we came to choose Cherwell as our ITSM system and our future plans for the platform.

Cherwell is a comprehensive IT Service Management system designed to rapidly meet changing and growing demands across an organisation. For Nasstar, it is a long-term investment which will help towards our ongoing commitment to improve service delivery in terms of customer satisfaction and end user experience.

We have so far rolled out the platform for two of our larger clients, with roll outs for the rest of the client base to come later in 2019.

When asked about why Nasstar chose Cherwell, Stephen Peak said:

“The process of finding an ITSM tool started back in early 2016 and so it’s been a fairly long process for us, but Cherwell really stood out from the other providers, especially when it came to stage three of our selection process. They really impressed us with their clear dedication to winning our business and were very well prepared when proposing their solution to our Senior Management teams.

“Ultimately, we found that Cherwell provided us with great value for money in terms of the flexibility and functionality offered, but we were also impressed with how they handled the lengthy RFP process.

“We were really pleased to sign with them in July 2017 and begin the 18-month development process in January 2018, resulting in our recent go-live. The nature of our business and our plans means that development will likely go on indefinitely, but we’re delighted to start seeing the returns on the work gone in to developing the platform.”

Nasstar originally purchased the Cherwell solution to replace the current service system. However, with the flexibility and feature-rich functionality of the platform, we are looking to implement it across other areas of the business such as HR where it could also prove its worth in terms of process driven workflows and ease of use.
