Event: GDPR - What is the impact on the legal sector?

In news / By Lydia Cooper / 04 September 2017

UK organisations will soon face a stark choice: comply with sweeping new European privacy rules, or risk the wrath of regulators and new fines of up to 4% of global annual turnover.

GDPR is the hot topic of the moment, however many businesses are struggling to understand the complexities of the regulation change and the impact on every day operations.

Nasstar are currently helping a number of our customers get to grips with GDPR and our professional services team are experts on the details of the fine print. Nasstar’s professional services team offer a consultative approach offering solutions such as automation, data cleansing and integration of systems to streamline the process of gathering consent.

As a result, we are hosting a breakfast briefing on 19th September 2017 at the Royal Aeronautical Society, London which is designed to breakdown the concept of GDPR and determine the impact it will have on the legal sector specifically. Our expert speakers will provide practical steps to becoming ready for GDPR and advice on how to kick start the process of compliance.

Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions and interact with our experts to help identify specific issues and better understand the topic as a whole.

We hope you can join us at this event which has designed specifically for professionals operating within the legal sector.
