Client Relationship Manager

Purpose of Job: To be the primary contact point for managing our smaller accounts and to support Client Development Managers.

Location: Telford or Bournemouth

Hours of work: Mon-Fri, 7.5 hours per day, 37.5 hours per week.

Responsibilities: To be the primary contact point for managing and developing smaller accounts and to support Client Development Managers.

Account Managers have responsibility for a number of named accounts working in several key areas:

Ensuring customers understand the range or services Nasstar offers and fill in the white space, thereby growing the share of the wallet.

Researching customer business growth plans and proactively using Nasstar technology and services to help the customer achieve them.

Keeping customers happy and ensuring business retention.

Developing an account management and revenue development plan for each customer.

Proactive and regular account management reviews and communication with customers via Email, Skype and Phone.

Skills, knowledge & experience:

You will possess excellent written and spoken communication skills, previous IT sales experience with a passion and drive to succeed.

B2B Sales/customer service experience within technology and managing a set of accounts is important.

Ideal - Maths and English to A 'level standard

A degree-level qualification is beneficial but not essential
