Job Title: Client Relationship Manager
Reporting to: Client Relationship Manager - Team Leader
Purpose of Job: To be the primary contact point for managing our smaller accounts and to support Client Development Managers.
Location: Bournemouth Office (BH2 5QY)
Hours of work: Mon-Fri, 7.5 hours per day, 37.5 hours per week.
Responsibilities: To be the primary contact point for managing and developing smaller accounts and to support Client Development Managers.
Account Managers have responsibility for a number of named accounts working in several key areas:
-Ensuring customers understand the range or services Nasstar offers and fill in the white space, thereby growing the share of the wallet.
-Researching customer business growth plans and proactively using Nasstar technology and services to help the customer achieve them.
-Keeping customers happy and ensuring business retention.
-Developing an account management and revenue development plan for each customer.
-Proactive and regular account management reviews and communication with customers via Email, Skype and Phone.
Skills, knowledge & experience:
You will possess excellent written and spoken communication skills, previous IT sales experience with a passion and drive to succeed.
B2B Sales/customer service experience within technology and managing a set of accounts is important.
Ideal - Maths and English to A 'level standard
A degree-level qualification is beneficial but not essential
